Controlled pilot

EventOS pilot terms

These terms explain the current evaluation boundary while EventOS providers and host integrations are admitted one capability at a time.

Pilot status

EventOS is currently a controlled pilot. Synthetic demonstrations, test providers and held capabilities are labelled. A feature shown in the interface is not a promise that its external provider or production effect has been activated.

Authorised use

You may use EventOS only for workspaces and data you are authorised to access. Do not use it to bypass provider terms, privacy choices, membership authority, consent, payment approval or another person's access controls.

Connected services

A connected service acts under the permissions granted by its account owner and the narrower EventOS capability grant. You remain responsible for reviewing provider consent and any prepared draft, payment, publication or other consequential action before approval.

Agents and voice

AI assistants and voice interfaces are presentation channels over the same EventOS permissions. Their output may be incomplete or incorrect. Identity, authority, approval and consequential effects are decided by EventOS controls and named humans, not by model text alone.

Costs and third parties

Some authorised actions can consume third-party services, storage, processing or AI credits. Priced actions remain held until EventOS presents and admits the applicable budget, credit and usage authorisation. Third-party services also apply their own terms and availability commitments.

Security and availability

Keep account credentials private and report suspected unauthorised access to your workspace administrator. Pilot services may change or be suspended to protect data, comply with a provider requirement or correct a safety or reconciliation issue.

Production terms

These pilot terms are effective 23 August 2026. General commercial release will use the applicable EventOS service terms, support commitments and entity-specific data-processing terms. Privacy and connected-data requests can be sent to kim@valid8.xyz.

Review the EventOS privacy notice before connecting a private account.
